Media kit for InsuranceQuoteWidget

Everything you need to describe us accurately: a boilerplate, the key facts, logo files and how to use them. For anything else, email [email protected].

InsuranceQuoteWidget is a US software company that makes embeddable insurance needs calculators for agencies and agents. A website visitor estimates their coverage need; the agency receives a pre-qualified lead with the numbers attached. The company is not an insurance agency or producer and does not quote, sell or bind insurance.

Boilerplate

InsuranceQuoteWidget gives US insurance agencies and agents needs calculators they can embed on their own websites. A visitor works out how much coverage they need — for life insurance, health and HSA decisions, disability, long-term care or retirement income — and the agency receives a warm, pre-qualified lead with the visitor's inputs and results attached, in its inbox, its contacts list or HighLevel.

The calculators produce estimates, never quotes. InsuranceQuoteWidget is a software company, not an insurance agency, broker or producer; it holds no insurance license and does not sell, quote or bind insurance. Learn more at insurancequotewidget.com.

Logo usage

  • Do write the name as one word with capital I, Q and W: InsuranceQuoteWidget.
  • Do keep clear space around the logo equal to the height of the mark's tab on every side.
  • Do keep the mark at least 20 px and the full lockup at least 120 px wide.
  • Do use the dark-background version on dark images and colors.
  • Don't recolor the logo outside the brand colors.
  • Don't add shields, umbrellas, carrier marks or other symbols to the logo.
  • Don't stretch, squash or rotate the logo.
  • Don't place the light-background lockup on light paper-colored or pale backgrounds where it loses contrast — use the version made for that background.
  • Don't describe InsuranceQuoteWidget as an insurer, agency or quoting service.

What does InsuranceQuoteWidget do?

It turns an agency's website into a place where prospects do their own needs analysis. A visitor enters figures such as income, debts, existing coverage or expected care costs, sees an estimate of their need, and can send it to the agency. The agency receives a lead that already contains those numbers, along with campaign attribution.

Calculators can be embedded inline, in a frame, as a popup button or floating bubble, or shared as a direct link. Leads arrive by email, in a built-in contacts list, and through a webhook to HighLevel, Zapier, Make or any HTTPS endpoint.

How should we describe the calculators' results?

As estimates of coverage need or cost, based on what the visitor enters. They are not quotes, rates, premiums or offers of coverage, and InsuranceQuoteWidget does not sell insurance. Agencies that embed the calculators are responsible for their own licensing, consent wording and follow-up. Please avoid phrases like 'instant quotes' when writing about us.

Licensing varies by state, and agencies that call or text leads must have the consent the TCPA requires. Our compliance overview explains how the product approaches these rules.

Can you share customer numbers or testimonials?

Not yet. InsuranceQuoteWidget launched in October 2026, and we don't publish customer counts, testimonials, ratings or results we can't stand behind. When real, verifiable figures exist, we'll add them here. Until then, the facts on this page are the ones we can confirm, and we're happy to demonstrate the product directly.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Answers first, details after.

Who should journalists contact?

Email [email protected] with your publication, deadline and question.

Can I use the logo in an article or partner listing?

Yes, to refer to InsuranceQuoteWidget, following the usage rules on this page. Use the files provided rather than recreating the logo, and don't alter its colors or proportions.

Which logo file should I use?

For the web, use the SVG lockup that matches your background: the standard version on light backgrounds, the dark version on dark ones. Use the PNG files where SVG isn't accepted, and the mark alone only where space is very tight.

Is InsuranceQuoteWidget an insurance company?

No. It is a software company. It isn't an insurer, agency, broker or producer, holds no insurance license, and doesn't quote, sell or bind insurance.

Can we quote prices in our coverage?

Please link to the pricing page rather than printing figures, since prices can change after your article is published. If you need current figures for a story, email us and we'll confirm them.

Can we try the product for a review?

Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll arrange access or a walkthrough. Please note in your article that results from the calculators are estimates, not quotes.

Are there executive bios or headshots?

Not at the moment. We don't publish team profiles until the people involved have agreed to be shown. Contact us if you need a spokesperson for an interview.

How should we refer to the company in short form?

Use the full name, InsuranceQuoteWidget, in text. The short form IQW is used only in tight interface spaces and isn't meant for articles.

What markets does InsuranceQuoteWidget serve?

The United States. The product is built for US insurance agencies and agents, works in US dollars, and offers the calculator interface in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Arabic.
