Talk to us

Contact InsuranceQuoteWidget

Ask about plans, a calculator you need, a webhook that isn't firing, or your data. Tell us which line of business you write and which website platform you use, and we can answer in one reply instead of three.

Use the form on this page to reach InsuranceQuoteWidget about sales, setup, billing, support or data requests. We reply by email to the address you give. We are a software company, so we cannot quote insurance, give compliance or legal advice, or review your consent wording, but we can explain exactly how the product works.

Send us a message

Tell us who you are and what you need. If it is about a specific calculator, widget or webhook, include its name or the page it is on.

Required

Enter a valid email address.

Add a little more detail (at least 10 characters).

We use these details only to reply. Never sold, never added to a marketing list without your opt-in. Privacy policy

What should I include so you can help on the first reply?

Include your account email, the widget or calculator name, the page URL where it is embedded, and what you expected to happen. For webhook issues, say where the webhook points (HighLevel, Zapier, Make or your own endpoint) and roughly when the last lead was submitted. That covers most of what we would ask.

Never send passwords, full card numbers or API secrets in the form. We will never ask for them.

I used a calculator on an agency's website. Who do I contact?

Contact the agency whose website you were on. The agency owns the calculator page and your submission, and it is the licensed party that can discuss coverage. InsuranceQuoteWidget provides the software only. If you want to ask about data we process for that agency, use our data request page.

We cannot tell you what a policy will cost or recommend coverage, because we are not an insurance agency or producer. See our insurance disclosures for more.

Can I find the answer without writing in?

Often, yes. The FAQ hub covers plans, embedding, leads, billing and privacy; how it works walks through a lead's journey; and integrations lists every webhook payload field. If none of those answer your question, send the form and we will.

The compliance center covers consent, licensing and Medicare marketing questions we cannot answer as legal advice.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Answers first, details after.

Can I book a demo call?

Send the form with the Sales topic and say you would like a walk-through. In many cases the fastest demo is a free Producer account: you can build a widget, embed it and submit a test lead in a few minutes.

My webhook stopped delivering leads. What should I send?

The calculator or widget name, the destination (HighLevel, Zapier, Make or other), whether the webhook is per-calculator or agency-wide, and the time of a test submission. Also check whether the account is over its contact limit, because then leads are not saved at all.

Can you help me write TCPA consent language?

No. Consent language is legal wording your agency is responsible for, and we cannot give legal advice. The compliance center explains what to raise with your counsel, and the lead form lets you use whatever wording they approve.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Use the data request page. If you are a consumer whose details were collected by an agency, contact that agency too, because it controls its own copy of the lead in its CRM.

Can I suggest a calculator?

Yes, please. Tell us the line of business, the question your prospects ask, and the inputs you would want on the lead. Requests help us order the development queue.

I am an insurance carrier or vendor. Who should I talk to?

Read the partners page first, then use the form and say what you have in mind. We do not represent carriers or sell lead data, so partnership conversations are about software.

Can you tell me what a policy would cost?

No. InsuranceQuoteWidget is software, not an insurance agency, so we cannot quote, recommend or sell coverage. If you used a calculator on an agency's website, the agency that runs it is the licensed party to ask.

Can I ask about a refund here?

Yes, choose the Billing topic. Yearly and lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days if barely used; monthly plans can be cancelled at any time without partial refunds. See the refund policy.
