Refunds and cancellation. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, with no partial refunds. Yearly and lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days if the account has barely been used. Which plan do I need for insurance calculators?

Any plan. The insurance calculators are included on all three, starting with the free Producer plan, which embeds up to 5 calculators with 100 contacts. Choose Agency ($150 a month) for 50 calculators, webhooks and white-label, or Enterprise ($210 a month) to remove the limits. The calculator index lists every insurance calculator.

Producer is enough to put a few insurance calculators live and watch leads arrive by email. Most agencies move to Agency when they want leads in HighLevel by webhook, and to Enterprise when they run many sites, seats or domains.

Is yearly or lifetime billing worth it?

Yearly gives you 2 months free compared with paying monthly. Lifetime is a one-time payment that makes sense if you expect to keep calculators on your site for years. Monthly suits agencies still proving whether calculator leads convert better than their current forms.

A practical approach: run the 14-day trial, then a month or two on monthly billing, and compare calculator leads with form leads on contact rate and close rate. Switch to yearly once the numbers make the case.

What happens if I go over my contact limit?

If an account is over its plan's contact limit, new leads are not saved. The visitor still sees a success message, and you are emailed at most once a day so you can upgrade or clear old contacts. Enterprise has no contact limit, so this only affects Producer and Agency.

We designed it this way so a visitor never sees an error caused by your billing. But it does mean leads can be lost while you are over the limit, so act on that email.

Do you charge per lead?

No. You pay a flat plan price whatever number of leads your calculators produce. That also means we have no incentive to inflate lead counts, and we do not sell leads to anyone.

Do I need a paid plan or a trial for the insurance calculators?

No. The insurance calculators are on every plan, including Producer, so no card or trial is needed to embed them. The 14-day trial of Agency or Enterprise is for testing webhooks, white-label and higher limits; a card is required to start it, each agency gets one trial, and trials apply to monthly and yearly billing.

Can I start on Producer and upgrade later?

Yes. Producer lets you build a widget with insurance calculators, embed it, and see leads arrive in your contacts and by email. Upgrade when you want more calculators, webhooks or white-label.

What does lifetime mean?

One payment of $2,997 for Agency, or $4,997 for Enterprise, instead of a recurring subscription for that plan. Lifetime purchases fall under the 14-day refund window if barely used.

Are there extra charges for webhooks or other languages?

No. Webhooks come with Agency and Enterprise; the 2-language calculator interface is available on every plan. There are no add-on fees on top of the plan price.

How many people in my agency can log in?

Producer has 1 seat and Agency has 5. Enterprise has unlimited seats, so every producer and your marketer can have their own sign-in.

Can I get a refund on a monthly plan?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time but are not refunded for partial months. Refunds within 14 days apply to yearly and lifetime purchases that have barely been used.

Who processes payments?

Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe, and we never see full card numbers.

Is the price the same for a single agent and a large agency?

Yes, plans are per account, not per producer. A larger agency mainly benefits from the unlimited seats, contacts and domains on Enterprise.
