30 insurance calculators live today, across 9 lines of business. Every result is an estimate of need — never a quote, a rate or an offer of coverage.

Coverage lines

One toolkit for every line you write

InsuranceQuoteWidget organizes its calculators by line of business — life, health, Medicare-age planning, disability and long-term care, annuities, property & casualty, auto, business and specialty lines — so an agency can put the right needs analysis on each product page.

Why a calculator, not just a form

What does a needs calculator tell you that a quote form doesn't?

A quote form gives you a name and a phone number. A needs calculator gives you the prospect's own numbers — income to replace, debts, existing coverage, expected care costs — plus the result they saw. Your first call can start at the recommendation instead of the intake questions.

How the lead travels

From a visitor's calculation to your pipeline in six steps

You embed the calculator once. Each visitor who works through it and asks to be contacted becomes a contact with their inputs, results, consent and campaign source attached; you get an email, the lead lands in your contacts, and a webhook can push it into HighLevel or any CRM.

  1. Embed on the right page

One line of code on your life, health or retirement page — or a floating launcher across the whole site.

  2. The visitor runs their numbers

Results update as they type, with plain-language definitions and a disclaimer you control.

  3. They ask to be contacted

Name, email and/or phone, an optional message and their consent — captured with the calculation.

  4. You're alerted

An email for every new lead, and a contact record with inputs, results and source.

  5. It reaches your CRM

A webhook posts the whole lead as JSON — straight into a HighLevel workflow, Zapier or Make.

  6. Your first call starts at question five

Open with their number, confirm the inputs, and recommend — instead of starting with intake.

Start where the demand is

Health, life and Medicare-age planning first

Most agency web traffic arrives around a life event or an enrollment season. Health, life and Medicare-age tools meet those moments: an HSA or plan-cost comparison during open enrollment, a life needs analysis after a home purchase or a new child, and retirement-income and care-cost tools for clients approaching 65.

What lands in your CRM

What does a pre-qualified insurance lead actually contain?

Each lead carries the contact details the visitor chose to share, their consent, every input and result from the calculator, the page it came from, and campaign attribution such as UTM tags and ad click IDs. The same data arrives in your email alert, your contacts list and the webhook payload.

  • Inputs and results exactly as the visitor saw them
  • Consent and timestamp stored with the submission
  • UTM tags, gclid / fbclid / msclkid, referrer and landing page
  • Returning visitors appended to the same contact, de-duplicated by email then phone

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Answers first, details after.

What is an insurance quote widget, and is this one?

An insurance quote widget usually means a form or rater that returns premiums. InsuranceQuoteWidget is deliberately different: it embeds needs calculators that estimate how much coverage someone needs or what a plan may cost them, and hands you the lead with those numbers. It never shows premiums, rates or binding offers, so you stay in control of quoting.

Which insurance calculators can I embed today?

30 are live today across life, health and HSAs, Medicare-age planning, disability and long-term care, annuities, property & casualty, auto, business and specialty lines. The calculator index always shows exactly which are live; a new calculator gets its page here the day it is released.

Does a lead really go straight into HighLevel?

Yes, through a webhook. You create a workflow with an inbound webhook trigger in HighLevel, paste its URL into your account, and every new calculator lead is posted to it as JSON with the inputs, results and attribution. The same webhook works with Zapier, Make or any HTTPS endpoint. See the HighLevel integration.

Is it compliant to call or text people who use the calculator?

That depends on your consent language and how you contact them. The lead form records the visitor's consent with the submission, but you write the consent wording and you're responsible for TCPA, state rules and do-not-call obligations. Our lead consent guide explains the current federal rules in plain language; it isn't legal advice.

Are you an insurance agency or a lead seller?

Neither. InsuranceQuoteWidget is software. We don't hold an insurance license, we don't sell leads, and the leads your calculators capture belong to you. We never contact your prospects.

Which plan includes the insurance calculators?

All of them. Today the insurance calculators are on every plan, including the free Producer plan, which embeds up to 5 calculators. Access is set per calculator category in the product, and this site reads it from the same source, so the pricing page always shows the current answer. Paid plans add higher limits and webhooks, and start with a 14-day free trial.

Will the calculator match my agency's branding?

Yes. Choose from 12 themes and 20 palettes or set your own colours and font, switch light or dark mode, and on Agency and Enterprise remove the badge entirely. The calculator renders in an isolated container, so your site's styles can't break it.

Can Spanish-speaking prospects use the calculators?

Yes. Every calculator runs in 2 languages, Spanish included, and visitors can switch language inside the widget. Labels, help text, results and definitions are translated, which matters for agencies serving Hispanic households in states like Texas, Florida, California and Arizona.

How long does it take to get a calculator live?

If you can paste a line of HTML into your site builder, you can embed a calculator: pick the calculator, adjust colours, copy the snippet and paste it into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, a HighLevel funnel or any page. Connecting the webhook to your CRM is a separate, one-time step.

What happens to the visitor's data?

It's stored in your workspace and sent only where you send it: your email alert and any webhook you configure. We process it on your behalf, never sell it, and don't use it for advertising. Your own privacy notice should cover the calculator; our privacy policy explains our side.
