Webhook

A webhook is an automated message one system sends to another the moment an event happens, usually as an HTTPS request carrying JSON data. In lead handling, a webhook delivers each new submission to a CRM, automation tool or custom endpoint immediately, with no manual export or email parsing.

For an agency, the practical value is speed and completeness: the lead, its consent record and its calculator results reach the place where follow-up happens within seconds. Destinations include a HighLevel inbound webhook trigger, Zapier, Make or any HTTPS endpoint the agency controls.

Each InsuranceQuoteWidget submission is posted as JSON to a per-calculator webhook or the agency-wide one, with the contact, inputs, results and attribution fields included. Webhooks are available on the Agency and Enterprise plans; the HighLevel sync feature page walks through a setup.
